What payment methods do you support?

We are currently shipping only within the US at this time.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information.

We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

Orders take about 4 to 5 business days for standard shipment.

Please keep in mind that transit times may increase due to seasonal shipping delays.

To be eligible for a return, all products must remain unused and should be in the original condition as received.

Refunds must be initiated within 14 days after delivery.

To start the refund process, emails us at ls@lusterscents.com.

Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us.

Upon your package’s return, you will be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund.

E-Gift Card purchases are not eligible for a requested return and/or refund.

As long as your order has not been processed and shipped, we will do all we can to take care of you.
